As a young women who struggled finding meaningful friendships, I wanted to create a 3rd space for those who could relate. I was always different, especially after being diagnosed with a mental illness at 19. I never felt like I fit the mold of what a “typical girl” was. I knew I had potential to be great. I just didn’t know how to make it happen. 

Inspired by the quote “Be the change you want to see”, I am now dedicated to cultivating an environment where women can lean on and learn from each other as we aim to enhance our mind, body, and souls.
